JJC Jupiter Jeep Club – Exploring the Florida Treasure Coast

In the beautiful area known as the “Florida Treasure Coast’ you will find the JJC Jupiter Jeep Club. The “Florida Treasure Coast” area encompasses Palm Beach, Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties. We have members from the following cities: Fort Pierce, Port St Lucie, Stuart, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach and as far south as Pompano Beach. Our club makes it easy to attend meetings and events as we alternate between Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Jupiter and throughout Palm Beach County on a monthly basis.

We are made up of an easy-going crowd of Jeep lovers who enjoy getting together and sharing their passion for the vehicle and off-roading. There is always plenty to do, and our members are always happy to take those new to trail riding under their wing to show them the ropes. As members of the JJC Jupiter Jeep Club themselves say, “There’s nothing like a Jeep family.” That’s a philosophy this club takes to heart in everything they do, from regular meetings to special events.

Michael Rizzo Commented

“I was a 17 year old kid without a clue on how to trail ride and they didn’t treat me differently or judge me. They treated me the same way they treated the folks that have been trail riding most of their lives. They took me in with open arms and they became my family. We are not a club, we are one big ole happy family!”

The Environment is Our Concern

Safety and being environmentally friendly are things we always strive for when off road driving. We are an environmentally sensitive club that will work to educate our members on the importance of preserving state and federal lands for public use. While not officially associated with any official organizations, members of JJC Jupiter Jeep Club are affiliated with off-roading associations such as Tread Lightly and SFWD (Southern Four Wheel Drive Association). Tread Lightly promotes responsible outdoor recreation through stewardship, education and communication. Additionally, we work in conjunction with other local clubs like the Treasure Coast Jeep Club and All Roads Jeepers.

“I’ve been to a few events, and get treated as if I was a regular. Anytime I need an answer or advice many are happy to share, and always ready to help. Good people all around.”

Events and More

Additionally, we have a couple of tech days every year, offering training on the hi-lift jack, winching, and general Jeep safety. We recommend checking out the videos on SFWD (Southern Four Wheel Drive Association) Education page. We also have a few wrench turning days every year to help each other with installs of various items on our Jeep. We are a “Jeep family” and are here to help each other!

Among the many fun rides we take, our special rides we go on throughout the year include Jeepin with Judd, Jeep Beach and Jeeptoberfest. Additionally, at least once or twice per year, we try to set up an out-of-state trip, with out of state clubs, to some of the unique trails in Tennessee, Georgia, or Alabama.  In May we have an event on the Go Topless Day – Go Topless Day is a national event in the Jeep world where Jeepers from all over enjoy the fresh air with their Jeep tops off. This event helps us put funds back into our operating account.
